sire: Lehner's Barney Patch
dam: Lehner's Pearl Patch (3rd litter)
breeder: John Lehner Jr. (BEB)

4-generation pedigree  (PDF, 11kb - requires Acrobat Reader to view)

Buster is Barney's heir-apparent as BEB's primary stud male, continuing the Gunsmoke/Pennyroyal Patch Casey bloodline in our program.  With time, Buster might even beat out Blanche for our 'Top Dog' honors, as he shows a great deal of promise and potential for his young age.

John's comments:

  • Sounds like his sire, with a hard loud chop bark, easy to hear from a long distance.
  • Fast on track and improving rapidly on checks.
  • Extremely honest with his mouth.

Buster has sired these dogs (selected):

Bob McClurg re-bred Buster to Nelli in early 2005 (pups due late April).  Since we sold Nero, we may choose to keep a pup out of this litter (as the stud fee).

Feel free to e-mail if you have a dog sired by Buster that you'd like to see listed here, especially if it has trialed well or championed out.  As space permits we'll list the dog's name along with your name and location, and we'll include a hyperlink if you have one.
